Refunds & Cancellation

SnapVitals has no payment processing at the moment. Pro access is granted by hand, free of charge, and can be withdrawn at any time without a bill. This page describes what will happen when paid plans launch, and exists now because payment providers require it before they will onboard a business.

Pro will be a monthly subscription, charged in advance, in Indian rupees. The price will be shown before you confirm, and you will be told before any renewal price changes.

The free tier is not a trial that expires. It stays free: a limited number of AI photo analyses each day, with unlimited logging by typing a dish name and unlimited barcode lookups, both of which cost us nothing to serve.

Cancel any time from Settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

Cancelling does not delete your account or your data. If you want those gone as well, delete the account, see the privacy policy.

Within 7 days of your first payment: a full refund on request, for any reason at all. You do not have to justify it.

After that: we refund the current month if the app was substantially unusable, a prolonged outage, or a fault that stopped it working and that we could not fix. We do not normally refund because a calorie estimate was wrong; the app is described throughout as producing estimates, and the terms are explicit about their accuracy.

Charged by mistake: a duplicate charge, or billing after you cancelled, is refunded in full as soon as you tell us. If we notice first, we refund it without waiting to be asked.

Email hello@snapvitals.app from the address on your account. Tell us which payment and why, a sentence is enough.

We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, and typically take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank rather than on us.

If SnapVitals stops operating, we will refund the unused portion of any subscription already paid, and give you a way to export your data before the service ends.
